Background
My name is Paulie Carragher-Schultz, and I’m a first-generation college graduate with a strong passion for lifelong learning. I’m eager to create a comfortable learning environment for my students. Instead of focusing on passing an exam or class, I prioritize a multidisciplinary perspective that prepares students for real world careers with a practical foundation, allowing the student's family to worry less. Every student leaves our first session with a dedicated learning plan and achievable steps to reach their end goal ensuring their confidence both during and after our meetings.
Experience
I have two years of experience with online ESL tutoring through the program Literacy Delaware. Additionally, I spent one year as a teaching assistant for introductory chemistry labs at the University of Delaware in person.
